Hi iam using lenovo k5 vibe plus from last 4 month but this phone hangs too much and heatup too much. When I saw lenovo company aid I thought this phone is value for money. But after few weeks I realize that is phones hangs too much. Now phone charging jack is not working properly so I went to lenovo service centre kotla mubarakpur in south delhi. After 1 hour on my turn when I told them the jack problem and asked for repair. They told me to give one time charge 170 rupee for opening the phone. I told them my phone is under warranty but they didnt listen to me and demanding 170 rupees. I came back home after frustration and harashment.
So guys dont buy any lenovo phone because their after sales service is very poor and also bad a phone.
