Hi there this is chintu and today i’ll be doing the review for this vibe p1m which is sort of a entry level android device from lenovo. And this unit sells in India for Rs.7, 999 and is available on flipkart. And I have been testing this device since last couple of weeks now.
And before I give you my review, pros and cons of this device lets have a specs overview:

OVERVIEW:
The Lenovo Vibe P1m is powered by the new Mediatek MT6735p(64bit) chipset which is a quad core processor based on ARM cortex A53 architecture. It sports a 5” 720p screen, it has the along Mali-T720MP2 GPU with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of Internal memory and an expandability with Micro SD card up to 32GB. Camera is paired with 8MP back and 5MP front shooter. It has a 4000mAh Battery which is sealed inside.
REVIEW:
The Lenovo Vibe P1m comes with very decent specs and has that new Mediatek MT6735p(64bit) chipset chipset. I would not say that new Mediatek MT6735p(64bit) chipset is vastly superior to its younger sibling but it doesn’t get as hot as used to and the battery life is also very good. The build quality and over all seems to be pretty solid as it is made up of metal a bit. And the metal type unibody design does provide good grip to the hand. And at this price it’s a good buy but Redmi 2 Prime makes up a great deal than this at Rs1000 cheaper.
CONS:
The VIBE UI is quite smooth and responsive which makes the phone a work fast at times.
The loudspeaker is a bit tiny.
The rear camera performance under low and artificial lighting turns out to be quite poor.
And also there is the lack of some sensors in the device like gyroscope and magnetometer.
At this price there is no support for USB OTG Functionality which is a shame for any device at this price point.
PROS:
Battery life from the 400mAh cell is nothing short of incredible as I only needed to charge the device once in every 1.5 to 2 days even after heavy use.
The720p display is a gorgeous one with excellent viewing angles.
The new Mediatek MT6735p(64bit) chipset chipset makes the phone perform a bit in most cases without any lag.
The gaming performance is not that great though.
The build quality is decent.
Very nice in hand feel.
The cellular call quality is also excellent and the calls were crystal clear.
Good value for Money.
