Poor after sale service

I bought Lenovo vibe p1m about only 2 months ago. I faced some problem from the starting like I can’t store anything into my memory card using this phone and it’s touch response became poor when I used it about 15 days and it also being hang , and still when i’m using company’s headphones it hangs, when called it’s consumer care service they put me on wait for a long time and after that their suggestion were also not satisfying and when I go to Lenovo service centre that was not opened for a long time i’m living in Jabalpur city and there are two service centres of Lenovo but both of them are totally useless on Lenovo care app I got the location of one of service centre but when l went there there was a residential building and I searched it’s service centre near by that address but didn’t get it now i’m totally frustrated with this phone and Lenovo service ,


I just want to tell one thing that if you belong to a average cities then don’t buy Lenovo or other Chinese brands product.
