I just used this product but it doesn’t satisfied me. Because cost is affordable but specs are less.
Screen size is 11.6 only it is most crucial thing in it. And ram is 4gb and 500gb Hdd.
In sense of performance it did very bad lagging problem is more.
But sound quality is very nice.
But cost is in middle class range everybody can easily purchase.
About service& support Lenovo provides good service.
