Apart from the Hive interface being a sore point, the quality of customer support by Xolo leaves one fretting the decision to buy this in the first place. The touch screen broke a few months ago and since then made 5 attempts to get it repaired by the authorized service center. While the touch was replaced in the first instance, each time the service center caused one or more components to fail. Now with the screen, motherboard and speaker having been replaced by the Authorized Service Center, the phone just doesnt work. Moreover, the company is not honoring a claim for replacement under warranty and directing to go to the incompetent service center again. Never buy a Xolo product.
