I have made the biggest mistake of my life by switching from titan eye plus to this lousy company lenskart which is full of idiots who do not have a clue about customer service. No acknowledgement of the blunders they commit, no responsibility to take corrective action, no ownership exhibited till date to close my long pending matter. This Dwarka Sector 7 outlet is absolutely atrocious to say the least since it has people like Ravinder, Zohaib, Princy who leave no stone unturned to mess up customer’s experience. Its been almost a month since I placed my order however am still struggling to get my lenses. Now I will make sure to cause extensive damage to lenskart’s reputation, thats my promise to you people and I have already started working on it.
