I made an order(Order # 100029186) on Lenskart.com for eyeglasses on 27th February 2012.
Its more than 12 days now and I have still not received the order. Still their Customer Support is saying that the order is in processing state and will be dispatched soon. Following is the communication I had with lenskart agent -
