I recently bought spectacles from Lenskart. There was an offer at that time of buy one get one free. So it was very cost effective for me as I got two for the price of one. But unfortunately I got to know about the delivery time only after I made the payment. The delivery was atleast for a period not less than one week. I had my crucial exams and I was wearing spectacles for the first time. It takes time to adjust to new glasses. It took a toll on my eyes as I had to stress a lot during exams as the spectacles were not delivered on time. It took more than two weeks. I did not like the customer service.
