Bad service

I am sharing my experience with the lenskart. I order a pair of we eye glass on the lenskart about a month ago and the esitimated delivery was after 15 days of order but even after 25 days I didn’t receive my product. Even I complained about 4-5 times on the issue but no solution was given. So I cancelled the product and the refund process is also so long that, now I am not sure about receiving my refund into my account. I totally lost the trust on Lenskart.com. The concept was good but when it come to the service its too bad and need a development in that area. Be careful before you place a order in Lenskart.
