Friends I’d like to share my first but very pleasant experience with Lenskart . I had ordered for Polo eyeglasses under their special promo scheme for my sister’s B’day which was coincidentally falling on Raksha Bandhan this year. I had made a special request to have the same delivered before this special day as a gift from my side.
To my surprise, even without my request they sent me the packet gift wrapped and a cute greeting card with my gift message written on the same. I think they proactively do this for all customers who enclose gift message with their orders.
I was so happy to see my sister in her new glasses on the day when I wanted. She is very happy with the quality of the same and is loving her gift. A special thanks to their support team who kept me updated all this while about the whereabouts of the order as they could realize its special for me.
