I have purchased thrice from this website. First one was a pair of prescription lenses, that I ordered on COD, since I was cautious ordering from a new website. However they have an online chat executive who was able to answer every query of mine(including curve diameter) . The second purchase(sunglasses) just happened suddenly from their retail outlet in selectcitywalk saket. The third one was contact lens solution.

4 they give u a sticker containing their address, and instructions on how to return the package if unsatisfied. This is a big PLUS for customer satisfaction. The fact that you are ready to take ur stuff back speak volumes abt your honesty

Cons
1 For COD one has to pay extra 25 Rs, is justifiable as this option is costly for companies, and then this is a relatively small one
2 Lens solutions from Baush not present
3 Lenses cannot be picked from their shop in Saket after placing online order. It has to be delivered at doorstep. Luckily their delivery staff in delhi is good, it successfuly deliverd even tho I had given incomplete address.
