Lenskart sent me the incorrect order, and has been a nightmare to deal with. There is no contact number to call from Canada, people do not respond on whatsapp, and emails go unanswered or are deflected. My issue has been "escalated" 4 times, It has been over 4 months, I have sent over 20 emails, called for hours, but it seems no one cares for the customer.
The 14 day return is a lie, and if anything is wrong in your order - dont expect anyone to return your call or email!
