Myself Dinshaw.I had purchased the L K Gold card some time back thinking it would benifit me as it is buy 1 get one free for Gold members. Me and my Wife decided to make Progressive glasses so on 4the Feb 2021 placed the Order, I.d - 1225554254 as per the requirements( Prescription) after few days got the specks my Wife had only little reading problems but I could barely see all distorted for reading and distance with headache. So I went to my Dr. to show him the glasses and check my eyes again the Glasses were made as per the prescription but the PD I.e Pupil dist has to be checked manually and proper positioning has to be done. So I decided to go to the Shop of Lenskart at Lokhandwala at Krystal Avenue so they check me up and also do the positioning for the PD value, but both specks have to be returned so my Wife was also tested and they placed a fresh order on 16th of Febuary 2021 Order I’d- 1225845283 for which I paid and old glasses were returned for which I got my refund. After a few days we got a call that the Glasses were ready to pick up, now I tried out still had slight vision problems I was told to get used to it so used for 2 days but still had slight problem so I went to the Optician to check glasses again made as per Number but P.D dist was 96% satisfactory he told can be used so instead of again going through the procedure I use it. For my Wife she was having slight reading problem so she went to the shop at Colaba and called her again after 6 days but still the same, but she decide to use same instead of going through the headache. Now my Daughter whom I told not to purchase from L K decided to buy 2 glasses for herself Order id- 1226128839 only single vision same problem she had to return one pair for which she got a call to collect but again same problem headache and little vision problem so she plans to go back to the Shop at Colaba.
So online or Shop purchase both useless.
So all please read my review and decide for yourselves if to make a purchase from Lenskart.
