Lenskart website is attractive and friendly to use but your problems start once they ship the product! They ship through Gojavas and they keep the product in the warehouse even after it reaches the destination for days or weeks together. If you call Gojavas and then try to track, they will simply update incorrect status "Delivery attempted and failed - will try again in 24 hours" - they will come nowhere near your residence nor call you! When they actually deliver, the box will be crushed and in horrible condition - as though a dozen cows walked all over it! All the best!
You will get frustrated just trying to track these orders. Here is the worst part - I escalated this to Lenskart for my first order and they assured me that if I mention in the remarks not to use Gojavas, they will arrange for alteranative couriers. Guess what? I placed another order and once it is shipped through Gojavas! Now when I call LensKart and ask them to look up the request number they gave me(related to these courier issues) - 74770 actually is related to some previous year’s issue and not what I have escaled at all! Outright lying!
*Summary: Snapdeal also provides exactly similar and better deals on lenses and power glasses - I plan to order from there next time.
Also if you order through lenskart always choose "cash on delivery"! Atleast you can opt out if Gojavas continue to "fail to deliver"*
