Lenskart.com - Pathetic Service

DONT FALL IN THE TRAP OF THIS WEBSITE.

It is close to one month that I had returned my order(# 1202020138) however I have not yet received the Refund Cheque of Rs. 1460/-

The spectacles sent by them were not of the correct power even through I had availed their home eye testing service.

I have called your customer service multiple times already and they cannot provide any status by when the money will be refunded!

As per our discussion over the phone, we came to know that there was a delay in refund against your order but this is certainly not the level of service we want for our customers. Hence, we assure you, this will not be repeated and will ensure to provide you a better service in future.
