Few week ago I went to doctor he checked my eyes & he suggested to wear glasses as my eyes are very weak.
So I ordered lens from lenskart though I have ordered a lens of cost 1350 but comparing to price the product quality is very cheap it really makes me feel very dissappointed.plus they mentioned that the product will deliver in next 5 working days but I received the product in 15 days.
When I call to customer care as the advisor pick up the call there way of talking was very pathatic they even don’t know how handle a customer.
Even there website is also very strange they didn’t managed there products in scheduled way. Lenskart is not that much reliable.
I suggest everyone to plz don’t buy any lens & frames from lenskart.
