Order 1202001677 ,18 days and counting

I had placed this order 1202001677 on 27 jan. It got returned due to incorrect phone number but even after updating the correct one in the website and calling their CC and asking them to update in the system and asking them to reship, they havn’nt been able to deliver in 18 days and counting . AND EACH AND EVERY TIME there is a lot of FAKE ASSUARANCES that they will ship within 24 hours.


Finaly I am tired of this BS and penning this down. This was my second purchase, the first one went good.Was expecting the same this time. But nothing but BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAKE PROMISES.


They cant even give a good reason as to why its taking so much time even if I ask them. They will keep repeating will reship within 24hour. Now I will have to cancel and god knows what I have to face then.


UPDATE- they kept telling me that they will reship within 24 hours for like 1 WEEK even when they actualy hadnt received the shipment back.Thats such a bad communication in itself. I dont know what to make of it.


Now on 15 I have asked them to cancel and make a refund no store credits.Lets see what happens now.This is nothing short of nonsense.
