Useless accounting and Sub-standard product

I ordered two glasses 6 months back and the price varied more than 25% less in the invoice sent along with glasses.  When I complained they told all stupid stories.  They even told that the bill with product is GST bill not intended to be sent to customer but sent by mistake. Shame!  The progressive lens also did not get fixed well.  I returned the product.  I thought of testing their product and went online to purchase bifocal lens instead of progressive.  This time it was sent.  But within 6 months, without any dropping or impact the lens got chipping from all corners,  TOTALLY A USELESS PRODUCT HAVING NO STANDARDS INCLUDING ACCOUNTING.  IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE PROCURING QUALITY REJECTED LENS FROM BRITISH OPTICS AND CHEATING CUSTOMERS IN INDIA.
