Worst Return Service!

The have SLOW AS A SNAIL reverse logistics. Very Poor Service. Its like the gonna take ages to get a replacement for the pair glasses.

Plus the communications from LENSKART suddenly got disappeared like gas in air right after I placed a replacement request.

And when I call them for the status its like calling to a government for for a long pending case.

Ho jayega sir, ho jayega! bas 3-4 saal mein ho jayega.

And d best thing is that they do keep on sending you VERY EXCITING OFFERS!.asking you make fool of yourself once again.

Thank you LENSKART for such a wonderful service. Will sure give a very good reference to all my acquaintances.
