The have SLOW AS A SNAIL reverse logistics. Very Poor Service. Its like the gonna take ages to get a replacement for the pair glasses.
Plus the communications from LENSKART suddenly got disappeared like gas in air right after I placed a replacement request.
And when I call them for the status its like calling to a government for for a long pending case.
