I have had very bad experience with Lenskart and its customer support. I had ordered two reading glasses for my parents. Each of these glasses cost about 430 bucks. Now I understand these glasses are on the cheaper side but they are way too flimsy and cheaply made that both of these glasses broke after two weeks. One leg from each glass came off and its unusable. These glasses are used by responsible elder people not kids. The customer support girl acted as if we broke it on purpose. She kept asking me in shock "HOW CAN IT BREAK WITHIN ONE WEEK" HOW? " and the return policy is for 15 days only and warranty doesn’t cover physical damage it seems. So just a reminder to anyone buying from lenskart. Just be careful about what you are buying. Their support is horrible so are their products.
EDIT - The social media customer support helped me though the whole process and provided me with a full refund through a store credit coupon.
