I have ordered for eye glasses and frame, the initial service was ok and prompt. Later after ordering they did not honor the delivery time as promised. After my 2 requests to their call center that to deliver package after 5 pm at house, there is no coordination between call center and delivery dept. the courier landed up at 12 noon.
Moreover theyre were not able to answer that would I get " essilor" lens genuine wrapper. When I called their call center, customer care coldly said that u can cancel ur deal by refusing the order. After this till 1 week there is no attempt from their customer care that what went wrong and why customer is cancelled the deal.
More surprisingly when I called them again after 1 week and got all facts clarified and requested them to resend me, they said order once not accepted on "COD" cant be resent and I have to place a new order. I wonder how this org is working and what concept is there for end 2 end customer dealing. May god save it.
