Trying from Lenskart, well good luck ;)

So, basically if you are planning to buy from lenskart you should get you eyes checked up from somewhere else as they are worst at doing it.


They do have all those fancy gadgets but it will only give you a bleeding eye as they are continuously making mistakes in taking power. Don’t fall prey to their marketing.


I can’t predict the future but for now they have given me the worst ecom experience of my life.


Story:


I ordered from Lenskart and I really literally hated the experience.


Let’s say I thought of buying from lenskart at t=t


I requested for Home Eye check up and they took the power down for me as P1(t+3 days). I ordered frame A1(? 3, 500) from Lenskart with powers P1(t+8 days). Frame was bigger than I expected so I requested for their "try 5 frames at home" but as it turns out that this service is only available for their’private levels’(John Jacob, Vincent Chase, etc). So, I requested for reverse pickup.(t+11 days)


I then ordered frame A2(? 5, 600) which was of smaller size along with P1, now as it turned out that this P1 was measured incorrectly by Lenskart itself so I requested for another Home Eye Check up with Power P2 (t+16 days).


Now everything was going smooth until I noticed that P3 was registered by Lenskart instead of P2 which was really frustrating, I then called their Customer support and asked that why they have submitted wrong power and then they corrected the power(t+25).


After 7 days I asked them why my order is not processed yet? they told me that we were going to call you for confirming power, I was like "WTF" but nevertheless I confirmed the power from my end and I am still waiting for my frame to get delivered. :’(


It’s been t+35 days since I first placed for the order from Lenskart. I am really frustrated!


I tried to talk to their senior representative but for the last 4 times he was not there.
