Lenskart: Terrible Customer Care

I shopped on GoIbibo and got a coupon for 33% discount on Lenskart valid until July 31, 2015.

However, when I tried ordering on July 1 and July 2(2015), it would not accept the code.

First, they wrote in saying the code was "not" for contact lenses.Then they said, they are having some issues with discount coupons and are not honouring them.

This is terrible customer care. How can they not honour what they have offered? Last time, they took 40 days to deliver an order. I would not recommend them at all
