Lenskart is basically a company of Scamsters and Dupesters.yes, I may sound a little extreme here but I have my own experience(s) with them.
The sunglasses range which they were selling for 499/- a pair and infact I bought at least 5 from them at this price, were overnight raised to 899/- and 1099/- for exactly same design/model/size/color.this is clearly cheating from innocent customers.
Now, the sunglass which I returned with one day of receiving has not been given refund till date.it already morethan 15 days and when I contacted the customer support after almost 10 days of return, that where is my refund.? The customer support easily replied with that they haven’t received the sunglass back in their warehouse yet.
It’s 15 days now of returning, still NO return at all.!
Customer support sucks and they will keep calling you until you make a purchase from their website.!
Just put any sunglass in your cart and leave the website without t checking out that product. Then you see their true faces.they will keep calling you.they will stalk you.just to make sure you buy that product.it turns out to be scary as hell.!
I have many more issues about Lenskart but they don’t even deserve my criticism.they are that SCAM and CHEAP.!
