I got the glass from BTM layout branch cost Rs.9000 . After use of glass I got headache and in un-comfort vision. I approached BTM showroom, the in-charge there told me to wear for another 1 month to adjust glass vision. I complained after 1 month, this time told me to blink eye frequently to get rid of headache. It went for more than 6 months and they never returned though it was told to me that in case of defect glass will be replaced .
I checked in another Eye hospital and they told me that power on glass is not properly centered, so its causing discomfort.
Checking to approach consumer court.
So as experienced, lesson learnt is not to buy glasses from Lenskart. Better to buy glasses form Eye Hospital store . Don’t get trapped.
