I had ordered a specs with lens from your site having order number 1201687221 on dated 22-10-2014. As per the doc’s prescription my eyes power is
L /R
-2.25 -110 /-0.50- 70
I got delivered same on dated 03-11-2014.
Now I have gone for eye routine checkup from doctor, while he is checking with previous prescription, he told that your power on left lens is increase due to wearing wrong eye power.Actully the prescription I had attached with lenskart is not making the same, they increased my power of left lens is .5 mean my actual power is 2.25 but lenskart added a power 2.5 on my left lens.
When I called lenskart customer care they told this not in our return policy. I am not telling them for return, Please don’t do wrong lenses to anyone, our eye is very precious than you return policy.
Now, I am not going to buy anything from lenskart and also suggest my freinds and relatives for not buying from lenskart.com. Therefore, I urge to everyone please don’t buy any lens and specs from lenskart.com.
