I ordered eyeglasses from lenskart in Jan 2016 as was receiving regular promotional messages from them mentioning 1000 rs off& 25% off on glasses with first frame free.
So, I thought of giving it a try but what I got after a long delay in its delivery was really shocking to see as the lenses had smudges& scratches all over them which was giving blur.
I couldnt even wear them for a minute& kept them back in the box which it came in to immediately call them but it took a lot many mails to get it returned. Moreover, they were not even apologising& werent ready to replace it with a good quality proper eyeglass.
Their app is too bad where otp generation fails& page gets expired so one has to wait for a while to restart the order process again. They call you in between to assist in the failed transaction so payment link is sent in email to you but why is it required baffles me the most?
They wont call you for refund& you will have to after them calling or mailing to get it done which should not be the case.
They kept asking me for getting credit back in lenskart a/c when I wanted a refund which was eventually done after lot many hassles& wasnt apreciable at all.
I am sharing this so others can be spared of such bad experiences& waste of a lot of time which was almost a month in my case!
