My Experience with Lenskart is very Horrible. This is the most Pathetic Service I had in the history of buying goods online.
Never faced with such an issue where I place an order on the 13th of December 2013 and then get a email asking for my Bank Acc Statement on the 18th December 2013, that is exactly after 5 days asking for more documentation, when I repeated kept telling that I need the consignment asap as I have to travel.
They are soo rigid on its policies and were soo adamant not even to listen to my grievance that I am facing.
Instead cancelled my order, where I wrote in frustration because I see that my order was not even dispatched.
How do you want your customer to reciprocate, when you are asking for documents even after 5 days of placing the order?
