I was an avid fan of this website, and had been ordering stuff from them. I planned to gift my wife color contact lenses for her birthday, and placed order on this site for brown & blue color lenses. The lenses arrived pretty fast, and it was found that the blue lenses were both for the same eye.
I called up the company, and asked them to replace the wrong lens, after which my horror story started- Firstly, they asked me to courier back the defective product- Why should I do that? It wasn’t my fault that you shipped the wrong product.
So, I asked them to send the correct lens, and I will return the incorrect lens to the same delivery person. Then I waited and waited and waited for days. But no response.
Conclusion: If you order some stuff from this site, and you receive the correct stuff, be happy. Else, no matter how hard you try(I called & emailed several times), these guys wont budge. They have received the money, and they give a damn about the customer.
