You and your courier agent or should I say your own new sister startup company has become pathetic in delivering proper service to customers.
1st Order:
Placed on: 21 Feb 2016(Got email confirmation that order placed successfully)
note: already updated my prescription after placing the order, as required by lenskart.
2nd March 2016: Even after 10 days the order is not processed. I inquire with online chat and to my surprise the agent says that since they do not know my prescription they could not process. Then they sen me an email stating that I am required to update my power.
14th March 2016: Product received.
My question is why was lenskart sleeping when they did not received my power?(according to them) If I would not inquire, then for 1 more year they would not process the order. It was only after I inquired they gave that lame reason to hide their inefficiency.
