I have placed an order on lenskart.com and returned it because of size issue, they have sent me an email my refund will be done in 7 to 10 working days. Its 17 days till I have not got any refund, finally when I called CS team they said the refund has been deposited. When I said’no I have not’ they again asked me to send an email with my bank statement such a shitty service .very bad experiance
