Order 1201118388 on 1st March.
I was little short on cash this month and paid through credit card. The delivery time is shown as 3 days in the website. I wanted to gift it to my sister for moving into a new house. I had shopped with them previously(COD) and had no problem with returns and customer service. So I took the risk of paying through the card. It has been 6 days and they have not even shipped it yet. I had told the person who made confirmation call that the time was of essence. Whenever I chat with the customer care they sing the same song and will say that it will be shipped in 24-48 hours. I am not expecting them to expedite the order according to my convenience, I just want them to follow the delivery date they have promised. It has taken twice that time.
I do not get proper information or reply when I contact them except for the usual customer- service blahs. They subtly put to me that I have to exhibit patience. Will they show patience if we do not pay them money after taking their product? I have to give it as gift to my sisters house warming on 12th March.What if it does not reach me by then?
Also be careful about the size of earrings and pendants as the sizes are much smaller and in few instances they would not have put the photographs. I have returned jewellery twice, so far due to the sizing issue.
Bags from Bagskart has been good. Just try to buy with COD option when you buy, to get proper service.
All the online sites seem to be suffering from fatigue. They are not as good as before.
Edited on 10th:-Today is 10th and I got the delivery. My relief was short lived as soon as I checked the product. The gold coating on the cutlery is uneven and looks black in some places. The last time I had ordered, the cutlery was in good condition. Now I have go through the return process all over again!
