Pathetic

I thought lenskart is genuine, I recently bought a RAIBAN SUNGLASS and I received the product through bluedart correctly, but I found something fishy about the product, I called the customer service, they said I got the original rayban, and they even said, I could go to a local optical shop and confirm its original, which I did, I went to 4 shops out of only 1 shop said its second quality b, the other three said its duplicate which is selling for less than 1000 rs, they even showed me another rayban duplicate they sell, which made me jaw dropped, I returned the product the same day I received it, total waste of my time and money


I should say - GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE


but what’s it worth, if they sell cheap products .

I could see my mobile number is getting as many calls, as I reviewed about my bad experience, and the response is correct - I raised a  size big  issue, to be frank - I was not ready to complain about its originality to them because of the following reason


1) So many people are playing pranks on online shopping sITES_Company - and am no one of them so if I raise my issue about the genuineness of the product, there is chance that the customer care won’t take it with complete trust, so I don’t wanted to take any chance( I said this honest viewpoint when they called me and they found it reasonable!) and


2) I wanted my refund back, not because I just  wanted my money, its just I don’t want risk losing money by complaining about its authenticity, thats why I raised a harmless - size issue


I ordered RAYBAN FOR THE LOVE OF IT


I too played a foul role by complaining about the size issue and not letting the company know about the real issue, but its the company that should give original product to customers, I am 100% sure its not Rayban original  , so I will leave my comment and review open for people, I have ordered a LEE COOPER SUNGLASS - The first thing I santoshkr80 do is to go to an optical showroom and confirm its authenticity, then I will think about removing my review .
