I had ordered a progressive spectacles for my mom from lenskart. They have a very pathetic courier service called Delcart. The Delcart have a customer care number on which no one responds and the email IDs are entirely invalid. My package is lying with Delcart since last one week and still the delcart website just says’Out for Delivery’.
I would suggest please do not buy anything from Lenskart. They are useless. Instead go to a local optician and get your glasses made.
