I have order my lenses a month back on Lenskart and still I am struggling to get the delivery. They choose Gojavas courier service for delivery and they really s**k.
The customer care is so poor that they will not provide any meaningful information and wouldn’t allow to contact upper management. Lenskart site doesn’t show correct status of product delivery, I don’t receive the correct status from customer care and they don’t reply to my emails.
I am wondering how they are running the business. I wouldn’t not recommend people ordering any thing on "Lenskart.com".
