My first and last purchase from lenskart

I placed order on 29th February. Their customer care ppl kept giving me false promises that order will be dispatched in 24-48 hrs. Today it’s march 10 still its not dispatched.


I have chat history of their online agents who kept giving me false promises. March 10 when I chatted with their agent he said its shipped and gave me wrong blue dart tracking number. In the mean time I have purchased spects from near by shop.


I request u all, don’t fall prey to their discounts and purchase from them.
