As I had purchased my spectacles(Eye-wear) it was good at the time of purchase but when I came to know that my spects got some scratched and asked for there support team to tell me the details for 1 year warranty of my lenses, They had provided and when I came to know that it is not been covered under warranty and I asked them to tell me the amount for just replacing my lenses that I will bare it. but they said it is not possible you need to purchase a new one. I was very much happy with the service previously but now after hearing this statement that there is no service available for my Scratched lens, we even though I was thinking to buy a new one but current recently I had purchased a premium spects from them and I really liked it so I dnt want to throw that one.
