Ordered polarized sunglasses. It was delivered within 3-4 days(on 6-6-15) and the product quality was "amazing".believe you me(though the frame smelled a little). Everything was just perfect. Then on 7-6-15, I found out that there was a little crack on the nosepad of my wayfarers.
So I called lenskart customer care and told them about it. Then the response that came from that representative pleasantly surprised me. He said " no problem sir, our agent will pick-up the product and full refund will be given to u through store credits within 15-20 mins."
I was like really. Now I just have to repack it again and fill a form and can now order a new fresh sunglass. Lenskart you just won my heart. Exceptional service. Loved it. Dont give any second thoughts to it. Just buy.!
