Being a loyal customer I really wish to appreciate their services.


I have ordered few product via order id 1203895301. Its my bad luck one among those was not of good quality alignments issue. I asked them to take it back, they took it back without any question and gave me store credit without asking me. Any ways when I asked then to give me another product they simply refused saying that they don’t have exchange policy.


I asked their cce I would like to appreciate him the manner his addressed all the issue but all in vain after a long hold he came back saying that he would not be able to give me any other choice instead if I want I can opt for very same product. I don’t know who made this policy must be a dense thick head. If I did not liked this product and returned this why would I opt the same once again any way since   this guy sounded very helpless I asked him to take away the other product to after explaining me policy and bla bla bla. He agreed to send a request to his higher escalation team. Who will give me my complete refund and will take the other product back. I am really very impressed with the policy that they can’t give the product but they are very happy in canceling the transaction and giving me refund back.
