I ordered one sun glass on 24th June 13 and got the delivery on 28th June. The product was either used or damaged as the polish of the framed and metal lamination has come out.
I sent them back the product through courier and scanned the copy of the receipt and mailed to the customer care executive.
After they received the product, I got a call that the amount of rs.425 is credited on your lenskart account, u can redeem that money on your next purchase. And they will look into the matter as far as the courier charge expense is concerned.
The company have my money and they are not returning even after the damaged product delivery. I have no choice but to buy from their site. My courier charges for return of the product has not yet been resolved.
I recommend this company to be verified properly and be very careful and dealing with them.
