In the month of Jan, 2017 I was called to lenskart executive to buy the contact lenses. I make the order of 2 boxes of lenses plus one bottle of Aqua solution. They quote the price & send me the link of final payment through debit card. But when I check the online price for the same product that is different from the ordered price. Then I called to executive from the different mobile number. Afterthat, I was shocked when I listen the new price for the same product. 3rd time, I called from 3rd different number that time they offered very very low price.
The price difference from 1st price quotation to last is almost 150-180 rupees. That time I feels this not a fair dealing with customers.
