Patience testing shopping experience

I have ordered rayban sunglasses from lenskart the worst mistake of my life. My order id is 1203587418. first of all the size chart available on it is wrong the other thing things which they promote of easy return policy dragged me into this trap of choosing lenskart. though my cousin said that lenskart is a worst portal still I decided to order it from lenskart thinking its specialization in optical.


From 12 days m calling dos unprofessional ppl for reverse pickup they just keep on giving reasons n speak something irrelevant. all of them have an answer that m nt the concern person to slove this prob. even after their team leader ( amit) committing me to arrange a reverse pickup in 24 hrs they failed to do it. I have almost wasted my 500 rs recharge for calling them n waiting for being attendent by concern person.


I even tried calling talking to their logistics manger some girl "ARTI" solely responsible for such mismanagement in their company. all the customer care executives are shameless n irresponsible n have no intention of progressing or providing help to their consumers. worst site which I shoped on. nvr had such experience worst part is after so many days also company is nt serious abt arranging a reverse pick up . I dont knw how mny more days do I need to wait for those fools to reply. I think I just have to leave a hope of getting back my 6600rs . I wish I cld bring a legal ban on this company
