A big thanks to Mouthshut, based on my earlier review (refer below) lenkart people have taken my case very seriously, and rectified their mistake. This time around, they have provided awesome service, and their product is superb without any doubt. I hope lenkart makes sure their first is the best one, otherwise there would be always Mouthshut.com.
I ordered vicent sunglasses on 27th May and it took 15 days to dispatch the order. so much for their delivery within 3-5 working days.
Anyhow, after dispatch I waited for more than a week and when the order didn’t arrive. I contacted the bluedart service and they mentioned that they had cancelled the order on the same day they had dispatched. so all this while I was waiting for nothing. Their service sucks big time. Thank god it was COD order so I didn’t lose anything.
Stay away from them, guys. They are a disaster.
