I ordered one sunglass( order no- 1200851971) for my sister on 17th Oct’13 which was shown as dispatched on the same day by Overnite courier. Still after almost a month of placing order the item is not delivered. For the last 10-15 days I am following up with customer care through mails and phone and every time they tell " the issue has been escalated to the higher authorities as we understand there has been an unusual delay from our end in resolving matters for you".
But the exact location/status of the shipment is never informed. For the last 15 days they are telling - You will receive updated within 24-48 hrs, but nothing is happening. Its been almost a month now and now they are telling that the courier agency has informed them that the item is delivered even though the item is yet to be delivered.
Even on the courier web tracking portal it is showing as in transit. It was a very very bad experience for me to order anything from Lenskart and I will suggest everyone to stay away from it.
