Lenskart.com is one of the online shopping site for spectacles. They provide wide variety of frames which are really stylish and faishonable.
Attracted by its advertisement, I decided to buy one frame and pair of lens, it costs me about rs2200. Finally when I got it few days back, I was very happy initially. But, when I opened the box of frame and lens, I saw left lens was broken.
Then, I called its customer care service, but they did not helped me. They said as you have signed the form of getting the delieverd product in a right condition, so there is no way to replace those product. And also, they added that, you may have broken the lens. I’m totally disappointed with them. As when I received the packet, delievery boy told me to quickly sign the form. That’s why I did’nt bothered much that time.
Now, I’m totally disappointed with the services of lenskart.com. I will not recommend to buy anything from lenskart.com, as they do not provide good quality services.
