The worst customer service I have come across the staff is not aware of whats happening there if I ask them something they will say they are not aware of the situation and they will transfer the call to some other person there quality control is poor when I got the glass it was defective so I had to send them back and after that there were lot of confusions because of there staff.
After that I got irritated and I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. And they said the refund will happen in 15 days and its been almost a month no refund so far.
