It has been a month and I am yet to receive my spectacles that I can wear. Firstly it took them several weeks to decide the correct power for the eyes. The eye check up was done twice and took them 15-17 days to decipher the power. The first guy who came to check did the work and left, however later they realize that there seems to be some glitch in check up and hence has to be conducted again. The second check up again took them a week and finally the power was deciphered. Finally after few weeks my spectacles were ready and delivered. Ever since they were worn the vision is unclear and giving constant headaches. Several calls to their team have been made but in vain. They were supposed to get back and conduct the eye check up once again now to ensure that the power matches with the spectacles they have provided. However this process has been going on forever now.
This is my first experience and has been pathetic. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. My order id is: 1208754418
P.S All this time for a month now, I have been without my glasses and would had started wearing it if contacted a local optician shop.
