I am sharing my experience about the bad quality eyeglasses from lenskart. I bought a pair of eyeglasses in Jan end order no. 1204340496 and the eyeglass cracked while wiping it which is really shocking to see. They mention its breakage resistant eyeglass which is not true. Its not recommended to buy from them.
Their app hangs up a lot and aishwaryasingh23ment transaction fails too when trying to aishwaryasingh23 as I had to do it many times and finally got a aishwaryasingh23ment link to make the aishwaryasingh23ment.
How such a low quality eyeglasses have been made by you?
I was cleaning my eyeglasses just before going to bed a few minutes back and the left glass cracked which is really shocking. I ordered these from you just two months back and the quality of the eyeglasses have turned out to be really bad.
So, I have written to you a complain regarding its low quality in reply to the order details and support e mail. Please arrange for immediate replacement of the eyeglasses with a better quality one. If you won’t replace them I will have to report it to the consumer forum for strict action on you.
Treat it as very urgent and reply with a prompt resolution.
