DELIVERY AND REPLACEMENT...

Once the glasses got delivered, found that the frame was damn loose and did not fit at all.


SENT IT BACK


asked them to suggest frame so the same issue wont occur again. they were clueless.


they couldn’t answer and asked me to go for anything I find okay based on my photo upload and placing frame on my photo.


when I argued it would give me just how it will look but not how it will fit, they had no answer.


Finally I gave up! ask for refund which I got but this mess took’s around 15 to 20 days and finally I had to go to local shop for the glasses
