Sharing my recent experience with Leo International Packers & Movers(Regd) which has its corporate office in Ludhiana.
Consignment from Delhi to Bengaluru; included really large framed wall pieces. Unpacking in Bengaluru revealed major damage(cupboard pane shattered) and very major damage(glass of largest wall piece shattered, and 18" stone murthi broken in two).
Complained with pics to Leo’s Delhi office(it’s in Mahipalpur). No response at all. Escalated to owner / corporate office(in Ludhiana). No response at all.
Please think twice before entrusting your goods to Leo International Packers & Movers(Regd).
